This is the preparation workshop for IFMA's Certified Facility Manager Examination. The course is designed
to assist facility professionals seeking certification preparation for the CFM. a competency-based examination.
The instructor for the course is Jon E. Martens, FMP, SFP, CFM, IFMA Fellow
The course is organized around the following eleven areas of facility management competencies and covers Key Strategies necessary for passing the exam:
Leadership and Strategy, Project Management, Communication, Operations and Maintenance, Finance and Business, Performance & Quality,
Occupancy & Human Factors, Technology Real Estate, Risk Management, Sustainability
Learning Objectives:
Update and assess your knowledge and skills related to each competency area
Learn about the format of the exam and review sample questions
Become more confident and comfortable when you take the exam
This two-day, CFM Exam Prep Workshop, will be held on Thursday and Friday March 26-27th, 2020 from 9:00AM-5:00PM at MB Contract Furniture, 1001 Galaxy Way, Suite 100, Concord, CA 94520
